Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges:
Eligibility: Products are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned. Customized or personalized products are also non-returnable.

Process: To initiate a return, please email our customer support at Chanda@YoursVeryNaturally.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
